Group Order Help

Thank you for running a group order with Safrin Doll!  We are very happy to have your group order business.

To help your group order run smoothly, here is some information and guidelines.

Selecting products for your group order

Most eyes on Safrin Doll are in stock and available to ship immediately.  This means that your group order will ship within 3 business days if it includes only Eyeco, Soom, Souldoll, and Hand Glass Craft

Safrin Acrylics are made by me on the premises.  It usually takes 5-7 additional business days (M-F) for an order with Safrin Acrylics.

FantasEYES are a SPECIAL ORDER.  They ARE eligible for the 10+ pair discount.  They usually take about 1 month to arrive after I submit the order.  This will delay your entire group order by about 1 month.  Please be prepared for this when you place an order for FantasEYES.  To make your order with FantasEYES faster - If you have run at least one group order with us in the past, you mail email me at safrindoll@safrindoll.com to pre-order the FantasEYES as soon as your group order member has paid you.  I will submit the order immediately to FantasEYES in hope of a faster turnaround. 

Special Order Hand Glass Craft Eyes are a SPECIAL ORDER.  They ARE NOT eligible for the 10+ pair discount.  These eyes take 2-4 months to arrive and are unsuitable for group orders.  Please do not add these eyes to your group order; they will be canceled.

Group Order Shipping

Please select a shipping method appropriate for a group order.  For International this should be at least Priority Mail International (not First Class Mail).

Problems with your Group Order Leader?

Regretfully, Safrin Doll cannot be held responsible for problems with your group order leader.  Please, only enter into a group order with a leader who has feedback that they are responsible, honest and able to fulfill the role correctly.  Any problems/complaints with delivery of your items need to be addressed directly to your group order leader.
